Day 1 TO 2

Day 1
Arrival into Bhutan | Paro to Thimphu

Arrive into Paro with a dramatic Himalayan flight, where river valleys, forested mountains, and distant snow peaks set the tone for what lies ahead. On landing, you are welcomed and driven to Thimphu, a city that feels both grounded and quietly vibrant, where monasteries sit alongside everyday life. Check into Norkhil Boutique Hotel & Spa, your base for the next two nights, and spend the rest of the day at leisure, allowing time to rest or ease into the journey with a spa experience.

Day 2
Thimphu | Markets, Mindfulness & Local Life

sets a calm and intentional tone against sweeping valley views. From here, step into the rhythm of local life at Thimphu’s farmers’ market, exploring seasonal produce alongside your nutritionist and gaining insight into how local ingredients can be adapted into simple keto-friendly meals.

The experience becomes more personal with a visit to a Bhutanese home, where you join a local host and your nutritionist for a hands-on cooking session, learning a few simple dishes before sharing a warm, home-cooked meal together. The day moves naturally between observation, participation, and connection, offering a grounded understanding of everyday Bhutan.

Paro

Paro welcomes you gently—with green valleys, scattered farmhouses, and a quiet charm that’s hard to put into words. It’s simple, beautiful, and feels completely untouched in the best way.

Day 3 TO 6

Into the Valley | Thimphu to Paro

Set out for one of Bhutan’s most iconic experiences with a guided hike to Paro Taktsang, dramatically perched on a cliffside above the valley.
