Delhi

Delhi is India’s big, beautiful welcome, a city where history, food, culture, and everyday life spill onto the streets in the best way. It’s where travellers fall in love with the chaos of spice markets, the calm of leafy gardens, and the charm of old neighbourhoods that feel like living museums. From iconic monuments to hidden corners only locals know, Delhi offers a mix of stories, flavours, and surprises that make it the perfect place to start any journey through India.

Day 1 to 3

Day 1
Your arrival in the capital city

Arriving at the (surprisingly serene) Delhi International Airport, you’ll be met by your private driver and taken straight to The Imperial, your elegant colonial-era home for the next three nights. This iconic 5-star heritage hotel blends Victorian charm with British Indian character, complete with lush gardens, a peaceful pool, and a Turkish-style spa. Settle in as you wish - wander through art-filled corridors, relax in sunlit courtyards, sip tea under tall palms, or unwind with a soothing spa treatment. The perfect way to ease into India.

Day 2
Of flavours, stories, and the soul of Old Delhi

This morning, you dive into the heart of Shahjahanabad with Dr. Chef Rajeev Goyal - weaving through 500-year-old lanes, spice bazaars, and legendary eateries on a sensory trail that reveals Old Delhi at its most authentic. After the bustle, a curated tea tasting gently slows the pace, letting aromas and stories unfold in a calm corner of the city. Your day ends at Khud Rang, Rajeev’s award-winning studio, where you’ll roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cooking class and enjoy the flavours you’ve created — a perfect close to a day steeped in Delhi’s culinary soul.

Day 3
Something for the senses

Enjoy a richly immersive day at the Blossom Kochhar College of Creative Arts & Design. Led by aromatherapy pioneer Blossom Kochhar, you’ll take part in hands-on workshops, learn about local plants used for aromatherapy, and enjoy a rejuvenating spa treatment using locally sourced essential oils. Lunch will follow with your hosts, before the day concludes with a traditional dinner at Haveli Dharampura, a UNESCO-awarded heritage mansion, where every dish is a celebration of aromas and textures.

Lucknow

Often called the Constantinople of the East, Lucknow is where Nawabi grace meets modern bustle. Once a hub of art, music, dance, and architecture, it rose to prominence under the Nawabs of Awadh and played a pivotal role in the 1857 uprising and India’s freedom movement. Today, the capital of Uttar Pradesh enchants visitors with British-era landmarks, grand mausoleums, and vibrant bazaars. For food lovers, Lucknow is a paradise, the land where kebabs reign supreme, each bite steeped in centuries of culinary refinement.

Days 4 and 5

Day 4
Into the heart of Lucknow

Leaving Delhi behind, you’ll take a short flight to Lucknow and check into Saraca Lucknow, a boutique heritage hotel with colonial charm, Art Deco architecture, and Lakhnavi elegance. Once settled, explore Bara Imambara, Chota Imambara, and The Residency, then stroll bustling lanes with your guide to discover the delicate art of flower embroidery and meet local artisans keeping this centuries-old tradition alive.

Day 5
Flavours, Aromas & the Soul of Lucknow

We’re joined today by Anubhuti Krishna; one of India’s most respected food writers and a gifted storyteller of the city’s heritage. Her insights into regional flavours, scents, and spices bring Lucknow to life in a way few others can. Begin your morning like a local with an early breakfast in the old city, then take some unhurried time to explore; wander heritage lanes, browse bustling markets, or follow Anubhuti’s personal tips for hidden food gems. In the evening, gather for an intimate dinner co-created with Anubhuti, featuring family recipes and seasonal dishes that beautifully capture the essence of the region’s cuisine.

Kannauj

Known as the Perfume Capital of India, Kannauj has been the heart of fragrance-making for over 400 years. On the banks of the Ganges, this town is famed for its attars, exquisite natural perfumes distilled from roses, jasmine, and even the scent of monsoon rain on earth. Strolling through Kannauj is a sensory journey, enriched by ancient temples, the striking 52-pillar mosque, and nearby bird-filled wetlands.

Day 6 to 7

Day 6
In the Perfume Capital

We drive to Kannauj, India’s perfume capital and historic heart of perfumery, where the air is rich with roses, sandalwood, and centuries-old craft. Spend the day watching artisans create khupis — camel-skin bottles used to age perfume naturally — a rare skill preserved by families for generations. With its leisurely pace, fragrant streets, and deep-rooted traditions, Kannauj is a highlight for anyone who loves scent, history, and culture.

Day 7
Petals, Perfume & Plates

Spend the day with Pranav Kapoor, an eighth-generation perfumer who carries on his family’s centuries-old tradition of distilling attars. Explore fragrant rose fields, ancestral distillation factories, and the narrow market lanes where artisans keep the craft alive. Conclude with a Fragrance & Flavour dining experience — a seven-course meal paired with freshly distilled perfumes for a truly sensory celebration.

Agra

Agra is more than just the Taj Mahal, though that alone is breathtaking. Wander the mighty Agra Fort, admire the delicate tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah, and soak up the lively energy of bustling markets. And of course, nothing beats watching the Taj glow at sunrise or sunset — a timeless vision of love that stays with you long after you leave.

Days 8

Day 8
Golden Hues

After breakfast, we hit the road to Agra and check into the peaceful Hotel Trident, where Mughal charm meets modern comfort. Spend the afternoon exploring the majestic Agra Fort, then head to Mehtab Bagh to watch the Taj Mahal bathe in the golden light of sunset from the tranquil gardens of Mehtab Bagh.

Jaipur

Fringed by the Aravalli Hills, Jaipur is Rajasthan’s vibrant Pink City — full of life, colour, and history. Wander its walled old town, explore stunning palaces, and get lost in bustling bazaars overflowing with Kundan jewellery, textiles, and spices. From the fairy-tale Amber Fort to the grandeur of the City Palace, Jaipur is the kind of city that charms you at every turn.

Days 9 & 10

Day 9
Of Taj & Timeless Tales

Start the day at sunrise with the Taj Mahal, soaking in its quiet majesty and soft morning light — a moment you’ll never forget. After breakfast, join local perfumer Neha Vij for a hands-on workshop inspired by the Mughal court, exploring rose, oud, jasmine, sandalwood, and more to create your own signature perfume. On the way to Jaipur, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, Akbar’s abandoned capital, before arriving in the Pink City. Check into Samode Haveli, a 300-year-old heritage home with colourful interiors and warm, welcoming hospitality.

Day 10
Fragrant Jaipur: Markets, Temples & Forts

Wake up to the sights and scents of Jaipur, starting at the bustling flower market where petals brighten daily life—from wedding décor to temple offerings. Visit a temple to see the sacred role of flowers, then head to a design studio where these blooms are turned into vibrant dyes and prints, keeping Jaipur’s traditional crafts alive. Enjoy a hands-on session making laddus adorned with edible flowers, savouring the colours and flavours of Rajasthani cuisine. In the afternoon, explore the opulent Amer Fort and its dazzling Sheesh Mahal, then wander through the City Palace and the astronomical wonders of Jantar Mantar. End the day strolling Jaipur’s lively markets, discovering hidden corners, and soaking in the city’s rich history, vibrant energy, and timeless charm.
