We leave very early in the morning to catch the beauty of those gorgeous vistas in the morning light on this 2-3 hr hike. We will cross sparkling streams and forests still tending the morning dew and the scent of herbs and unseen shrubs. Past village houses surrounded by paddy fields awaiting the benediction of the morning sun we arrive at Chorten Nyingpo, where your guide shares the delightful narrative of Lama Drukpa Kuenley, “The Divine Madman”, said to be an enlightened Buddhist master and one of Bhutan’s most revered saints.
